Black Crusade - The Tome of Decay has been added to the library, along with the four intertwined adventures Binding Contracts, Falling Star, Shedding Light, and Salvaging Solace, and the Rogue Trader - Tau Character Guide.
As several of you have pointed out, and many more have noticed, I have not been adding the weapons, armour, and other items. I will try to get to that at some point, but if anyone would like to help out with specific books please shoot me a message using the contact form.
